The Force Stronger than Gravity

This morning you asked,
Is it normal that we are this happy?
Then you kissed me
like the first time. Oh yes,
like the first time you did it
on the train to New York city.

Had it not been for that first kiss,
I wouldn’t know what forever means.

I can only tell you how it felt.
The way you were kissing infinitely,
you explored my lips
as if galaxy resides inside me
and you went on and on
until my mind and body
were tossed high, floating happily
in space; even gravity got weaker,
unable to pull me down.

Because of you my sweet bean,
I’m no longer a stranger to loving.
I did not have to chase my forever
but let the stars carried you to me.

Had it not been for that first kiss,
I wouldn’t know that your heart is
as tender as marshmallows,
and love is a force
stronger than gravity.
